First time at this shop, and I will definitely be a return customer! From the initial inquiry to booking to onsite, it was such a great customer service experience. We had Danny today, it was a pretty simple text tattoo, but very important to us (memorial piece) and he couldnt have had better bedside manner and professionalism, but at the same time made it so comfortable and informal, like we've known each other for ages.
