It's been six weeks since I had my first ever tattoo. It's exactly what I envisioned! Taylor did an incredible job designing my custom Marvin the Martian tattoo for my left forearm. We discussed, and I understood, it would be "upside down" by having it face me. Glad I stuck with my thought that it is for me and received absolutely no push back. The whole process was smooth from scheduling, discussing very small modifications, placement and tattooing. I get compliments on it regularly. Thank you, Taylor, and all of your kind, welcoming, staff!

This place really is top tier. From the moment you walk in, you're met with a welcoming kindness and enthusiasm matched by few. I've been to several other popular local shops and was given the run around or half effort customer service. We met three of the artists and they were so friendly and patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The facility is bright, clean and welcoming and the attention to detail throughout is on point. Once we finalize the details on our tattoo ideas, we'll be back for sure! It's no wonder they're always voted #1 in McHenry county!! Bravo!
